Architecture, Interior Design, Research & BeyondBuilt2019

The Via Homes are designed by Liv-Connected and built in collaboration with the manufacturer, ATOMIC Homes. We saw the chance to bring our design and construction skills into the tiny homes market by using our skills for design combined with ATOMIC's skills in innovation.  Our tiny homes are exclusively manufactured by ATOMIC and sold by Endeavor Homes, both licensed in the state of Pennsylvania for Park Model RV manufacturing and distribution. All links here will lead you to ATOMIC's page for purchasing options.

About LiV Connected: Founded in 2019, Liv-Connected aims to seek a solution to disaster-relief housing that embodies a sense of permanence and resulted in an affordable, sustainable, and high-quality, health-centered solution to homebuilding.

The concept began when DXA studio co-founders Wayne Norbeck and Jordan Rogove partnered with Herb Rogove DO, FACP, FATA, and Joe Wheeler of the Virginia Tech School of Architecture + Design to answer a call for design submissions for disaster-relief housing. Once Liv-Connected was founded, they ultimately produced a modular solution that could answer many of the challenges of the homebuilding market including material and labor shortages and limited housing inventory.

Liv-Connected's mission is two-fold: to provide disaster-relief housing that is beautifully designed, healthy and dignified and to focus on incorporating health-related technology into the living space, to give owners secure, private, and convenient care for preventative and urgent medical needs. Each home can be fitted with technology specific to a person's or family's medical needs, including smart mirrors, fall protection, and biometric sensors. With the design of the home focusing on light and air, we are providing an environment in which healthcare is front and center. We can also add the best of today's smart technology, creating a home that takes care of you.
