Ann is an Interior Designer with over 15 years experience in interior architecture and FFE. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) from Arizona State University in 2004, with subsequent continuing education in Interior Design from FIT and a Master’s in Interior Design from Pratt Institute. Throughout her career, Ann has successfully executed a broad spectrum of commercial and residential projects, encompassing retail stores, offices, restaurants, luxury apartments, and private residences. Her dedication lies in the creation of compelling and functional interior spaces, aligning seamlessly with client objectives, and accentuating design innovation, meticulous organization, and customized elements. Prior to her tenure at DXA, Ann established and led a successful boutique design studio, Ann Chapin Studio. Her exceptional proficiency spans various programming aspects, enabling her to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and adeptly manage clients and teams. Ann actively engages in all project facets, including spatial planning, conceptual design, architectural materials, and FFE.
