Originally from Istanbul, Ari Barahya graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2021 and has been practicing in New York City since. Growing up in a family of designers, he developed an early appreciation for creativity and problem-solving, which continues to inform his work today. His study abroad in Rome deepened his understanding of the relationship between architecture, history, and the built environment. Ari has worked on residential and commercial projects across all phases, from concept through construction administration, bringing both technical skill and design sensitivity to each project.

Ari’s design approach is rooted in curiosity and a commitment to creating spaces that are clear, comfortable, and responsive to their context. He believes in a holistic approach to design, where concept, detail, and material come together to create thoughtful, enduring architecture.
