Jetnipat (Jet) received his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in 2016. During his academic years, he studied abroad in Rome, was a Technical Course Teaching Assistant and a Center for Morphology Researching Assistant. Several of his projects were archived and published in the annual Pratt Institute InProcess publication. He also received his Master of Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in 2019. Jet’s project Something of Value: Beijing Underground City was selected and featured at the end of year showcase event at Columbia University in 2019.

Prior to DXA, Jet was an Architectural Designer and Researcher at Ennead Architects and Ennead Lab. While at Ennead Jet worked on a range of projects ranging from Commercial and Mixed-Use, Education, Cultural, Healthcare, Master Planning, Interiors, Feasibility Studies and Renovations. Engaging himself in what he is interested in most; Designing for the public. At Ennead Lab he developed several projects that address Smart Cities, Sustainable deconstruction of buildings and how to re-envision Architecture’s design process with that ideology.

Since joining DXA in 2023, he has had the opportunity to work on a multitude of multi-family residential projects in NYC, a landmarked project in the Ladies Mile District in Manhattan, high-end residential units in Carrol Gardens, Interior gut-renovation in the Upper West Side, Single family residences in the West Village and more. Jet is also a part of the Quality Control/Quality Assurance and the Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit Committee at DXA, assisting the studio’s multiple projects on Building Codes, Zoning, ADA compliance, Revit and BIM management.
