Lester Katz is a Senior Associate at DXA with many years of project experience and an acumen for applying technical solutions to difficult problems. He is a firm-wide resource for building codes and zoning regulations, producing the initial due diligence studies clients need for pre-development analysis. He was previously at Morris Adjmi Architects, where he managed projects on renovated historic and non-historic structures, hotels and multi-family housing. Before that, he was at Landow and Landow Architects where he worked on institutional projects, such as nursing homes, other healthcare related buildings, synagogues, and retail stores. Lester, a native New Yorker, graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and holds an NCARB Certificate with professional licenses in New York and New Jersey.
