View Article →In early 2016, DNA Development purchased two adjacent single room occupancy (SRO) buildings on West 71st Street, on the Upper West Side, and filed plans to combine the interiors to create a new condo building.
Work has been moving along on that project, which is located between Riverside Boulevard and West End Avenue, and with that the developer has unveiled a teaser site for the development.
The project will now use 350 West 71st Street as its address and is expected to launch sales in March this year with Stribling Marketing Associates exclusively handling the sales and marketing on the project.
The completed, DXA Studio-designed condo will have 38 apartments that come in two through four-bedroom variants, and seven of the condos here will have outdoor space. Prices on the two-bedrooms will start from $1.725 million.
The condo is packed with quite a few amenities considering the scale of the project. They include a fitness center, a library, a children’s playroom, bicycle storage, and a landscaped roof terrace that will come fitted with seating and a gas grill.
Construction on the project is expected to wrap sometime next year.
