The Barclay-Vesey Building by AIA designated “Architect of the Century,” Ralph Walker, will be undergoing an extensive conversion to residential use. DXA studio is serving as the Landmarks/Design Architect for the project, responsible for all alterations and remedial work to the exterior envelope and historic lobby.

DXA Studio was recently announced as winners in the Restoration & Preservation category of the A|N Best of Design Awards for this project.
