Built in 1899, this 10-story Landmark protected Renaissance Revival building will be converted into a lifestyle hotel. The site, located just south of Soho in Manhattan, is part of the TriBeCa East Historic District and affords sweeping views of the New York City skyline from the upper floors of the building.
The 171 room, 60,000 SF hotel will feature efficient hotel rooms that pair with a variety of
public spaces to make a destination for both savvy tourists and locals alike. A large lobby
will house the check-in area as well as a lounge seating and a coffee shop and will open to below grade public spaces to create a dramatic interconnected guest experience. The ground
floor bar is located off Cortland Alley, giving an exclusive entry via a rare New York City condition, and a roof-top bar and terrace will provide guests with incredible views to enjoy in the warmer months.
