This classic mid-century home was updated and reimagined for a client that had previously lived in a DXA designed project. Expanding the home while paying homage to the original construction, a series of living spaces spread out from the central hearth with openings and views to a lush yard with an updated pool. The new home is filled with natural light. New fixtures and integrated lighting complement the clean aesthetic and bring warmth to the crisp functionality. Expanding the livable area, a shaded outdoor terrace makes the most of the Miami climate and links the interior spaces to an inviting setting for entertaining and relaxing.
