The Upper West Side Residence is a refurbished townhome project on the Upper West Side with roof and 3 story rear addition. The building is a Queen Anne style rowhouse with neo-Grec style elements, designed by Thom & Wilson, built in 1886-87. The front façade was refurbished with new wood windows, The rear addition is constructed of modular thin brick in keeping with the historic condition with large windows and doors to allow additional light into the kitchen and living spaces. The 4th floor in the rear has been rebuilt in situ to its previous state. A penthouse addition allows roof access for an outdoor lounge area in the front and rear.
