DXA studio designed the interiors for this 7-story, 38-unit condominium project located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
A focus on health and wellness underpins nearly every gesture in this multifamily project that features a full floor of amenities including a meditation room, birch sauna and limestone clad natatorium.
The building’s Ground Floor spreads out across three contiguous spaces; the Lobby, the Library and the Lounge. A double height, textured masonry Mashrabiya adorns the Lobby. The Scandinavian styled Lounge and Coworking areas are rendered in soft neutrals and provide a sophisticated setting for gatherings and a peaceful place to work. The Library is anchored by a massive fireplace, distinctive suspended seating, and a bar.

With a focus on health and wellness, the building features a full floor of amenities. A meditation room with a glowing onyx wall, a birch sauna, a hot tub and a limestone clad natatorium radiate around an earthen rotunda that greets residents as they enter the spa. A children’s room opens onto a sunken grassy terrace. It features a climbing wall and doubles as a makers’ space with oak millwork and furnishings.

The light-filled residential units have oversized windows and large terraces. They are finished in a light palette of wide-plank white oak floors, Statuario and Tundra Gray marble, and Bianco dolomite tile. A shared rooftop terrace is furnished in teak and stone with large seating areas and stunning views of Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge.
