The West End Residences is a seven story, 100,000 square foot, multi-family condo building situated in the West-End Collegiate Historic District in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Thirty-eight condos, comprised of penthouse, duplex, and simplex units span two neighboring turn of the century buildings.

The building’s ground level and roof feature private gardens and an extensive public terrace amenity space. The historical preservation and restoration of the building’s limestone and brick facades compliments a contemporary interior design with subtle articulation of traditional details. The marriage of high-end, modern interiors and amenities within the confines of the traditional landmarked structures, creates a contextually conscious, transitional architecture.
