DXA studio collaborated with renowned designer, and longtime building resident, Steven Harris to re-imagine this 7 story, turn of the century manufacturing building in the TriBeCa West Historic District. DXA received unanimous approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission to restore the existing envelope of brick, terra cotta ornament and cast iron framing, and install new high performance, glazing and a 2,500 SF modern, glass and steel use added atop its roof.
The building features twelve condominium units ranging from 2,200 to 4,300 square feet with impeccably detailed custom interiors by Steven Harris Architects. Two duplex units, at the Ground and Penthouse levels feature terraces with landscaping by Reese Roberts + Partners.
